STRATEGIC PLANNING
It can sound so formal and complicated, but really it can be a fun and social process that brings a group together to agree and document 2 important things:
- Who we are, what we stand for and what we are working towards
- Your priorities, the actions you will take to get there and the detail around this;.
These important drivers inform your process, how and when you execute projects and ensure that the organisation's vision remains at the forefront of everything you do.
An external facilitator, like myself, brings an expert and unbiased guide to the table to lead the process, ensure every voice is heard, synthesise information, navigate the tricky bits, keep things moving and honour the intent of the group as a whole. A 2.5 hour virtual planning workshop facilitated online, where I will guide and facilitate your group to draft your Foundation Plan and then provide guidance templates, cheatsheets and online resources to support you through the next steps of:
- Reviewing and refining the draft with your organisation
- Easily designing it into a gorgeously branded document
- Detailing your action plan, if required.
Following the session, you have access to email support for refining and designing your strategic plan in order to get you to the point where your committee passes a resolution to adopt the strategic plan and you can get to work at bringing it to life in your organisation.
