Committee Handbook
This handbook will guide you through the essential knowledge to be on a committee. It will assist your committee members to cohesively work as a team, to retain organisational knowledge, to engage in your roles in an active matter and to improve your collective skills and unity throughout the year.
It can be used for new committee members, engaging them from the start with an active induction process and to then help them to confidently find their voice on the committee so that they can participate and contribute value. Alternatively, you may choose to use it as an established committee to reinvigorate your meetings and bring everyone back together on a cohesive journey in order to optimise your income, reach and impact.
The book is broken into 3 sections:
